Kim Cardalena, Esq. has been Of Counsel to Weisman Law Group for several years. She has extensive experience advising clients in all aspects of matrimonial and family law. Kim is a knowledgeable, successful and compassionate mediator as well as a proficient litigator. She has counseled clients on all types of Family Law cases from simple matrimonial agreements to complex litigation. She has successfully mediated and reached amicable divorce solutions on cases others would deem impossible. She has resolved complicated, high net worth cases involving custody disputes, spousal support, equitable distribution including complex financial evaluations of family owned businesses, pensions, licenses and separate property claims as well as pre and post nuptial agreements.
