Ahuva Alfandar. is an Associate  Attorney with Weisman Law Group, P.C.  having earned her Juris Doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2017. Ahuva has been working with Weisman Law Group, P.C.,  since 2025 and prior to her relationship with the Firm, Ahuva was an Attorney Supervisor for the NYC Administration for Children's Services, Family Court Legal Services for  about six (6) years  years,  handling conduction all phases of litigation on family abuse and neglect proceedings from filing through disposition including all aspects of trial. Ahuva attended preliminary and settlement conferences. Managed large caseloads and drafted motions and briefs on behalf of clients. She analyzed discovery and assessed appropriate trial strategy. Prepared witnesses and elicited testimony. Ahuva is known for providing exceptional and reliable services to individuals in and out of court.
