Lisa S. Schneider, Esquire

LISA S. SCHNEIDER was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1989. She is a Certified Family Mediator and handles all facets of matrimonial matters including drafting pleadings, statements of net worth, discovery demands and responses, court conferences, depositions, subpoenas and trial demands, motions including pendente lite motions, settlement negotiations, settlement agreements, creative problem solving and uncontested divorce documents. 

In addition to the matrimonial cases, Lisa also handles Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy matters, Last Will and Testaments, and some commercial litigation matters.

Prior to becoming associated with Weisman Law Group, P.C., Lisa was Of Counsel to Fass & Greenberg, LLP in Garden City, New York.  Where she acted as liaison between the firm’s clients and primary firm partner to coordinate conferences, meet deadlines, and deal with daily client issues, and case management issues.

                                   
Lisa graduated from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, Huntington, New York , earning her JD in   1988 and was active in Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity. She also graduated from Long Island University, C.W. Post Campus, with a B.S. Business Administration - Management in 1985 and with Honors in her degree - Cum Laude, Dean’s List (all semester’s), and was active in Delta Mu Delta National Honor Society in Business Administration, Member 1984-1987.
