Ayalah Jesselson, Associate

Ayalah Jesselson is an Associate Attorney with Weisman Law Group, P.C. where she concentrates in family, matrimonial and commercial litigation matters. She has written several motions and successfully argued before the Family and Supreme Courts in New York.

Ms. Jesselson graduated from Fordham University School of Law in May, 2005 where she was a Member of Brendan Moore Trial Advocacy Program; Member of Jewish Law Students’ Association; a Student Advisor to First Year Law Students; and an Annual Speaker at JLSA events.

While attending law school Ms. Jesselson clerked for the Honorable Martin Ritholtz in Queens County Supreme Court. During her clerkship, Ms. Jesselson researched and drafted legal memorandum, prepared for and attended arraignments, court conferences, settlement conferences trials, prepared motions and removal petitions. From 2005 through 2009 Ms. Jesselson was employed as an Associate with Gibbons, P.C., a Products Liability law firm.

Ms. Jesselson is a graduate of City University New York, Queens College, where she earned her B.A., magna cum laude, in May 2002. She achieved Phi Beta Kappa and was listed on the Dean’s Honor Roll (all semesters) and National Golden Key Honor Society (all semesters). Ms. Jesselson was awarded the Scholastic Achievement award in Sociology and Media Studies.

Ms. Jesselson’s overall experience encompasses drafting memoranda, pleadings, briefs, motions, discovery demands and preparation for depositions. Through Ms. Jesselson’s past experience she has developed her analytical skills in litigation strategies and along with extensive research enables her to research and analyze all aspects of matrimonial and family law solutions and/or litigation.
