Randy S. Newman, is of counsel to the firm. Randy's practice consists of real estate and business matters where he concentrates on transactional matters and real estate related litigation. Randy acts as a trustee in non-judicial trustee's sales in California and Nevada. Randy has been involved in all aspects of real estate since 1982 and has represented numerous buyers, sellers, owners, and lenders in connection with the sale, purchase, lease, financing, and foreclosure of commercial and residential real estate. Randy has also represented numerous clients in the formation and operation of their business entities.
Randy received his bachelor's degree from Hofstra University, having majored in accounting. Randy attended law school at Yeshiva University's Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law New York where he was a finalist in the writing competition and a member of the tax court clinic. Randy has previously been an adjunct assistant professor of business law at New York Institute of Technology in Manhattan and currently writes and lectures extensively on real estate issues including foreclosures. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the United Trustees Association.
