Noreen C. Will
Ms. Will’s experience in matrimonial and family law includes obtaining and opposing requests for financial support (child and spousal), issues of equitable distribution, separate or marital property evaluations, contested occupancy of the marital residence, and discovery methodologies.
Ms. Will is experienced in all phases of pre-trial litigation including the preparation of Statements of Net Worth, discovery demands and responses, motions for interim relief, taking and defending depositions, and pre-trial settlement conferences.
She is also experienced in preparing appellate briefs, and obtained a new trial in a post judgment relocation petition involving complex issues of visitation and relocation of the parties’ minor children to another state.
Ms. Will is also experienced in trusts and estates and commercial law. She prepares wills and petitions for probate of estates. She represents both individuals and corporations in commercial transaction lawsuits by conducting pretrial litigation including drafting and responding to discovery demands, taking and defending depositions, and appearing in Court.
Ms. Will graduated from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in May 2005. While attending law school, Ms. Will was a member of the Family Law Clinic and represented indigent victims of domestic violence in Suffolk County Family Court in obtaining Orders of Protection and child support.
Ms. Will is a graduate of St. John’s University, where she earned her B.A. in May 2000. She was listed on the dean’s honor roll in 1998-1999 and 1999-2000.
